At Phoenix Den, we strive to provide top-quality modding, server setup, and optimization services for DayZ. We are committed to delivering the best experience possible for our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to protect both our clients and our team.
 

Refund Eligibility:
 

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only available if:

  1. The service provided was not delivered as described on our website.

  2. The client has reported an issue within 7 days of service completion.

  3. The client has made reasonable attempts to communicate and resolve the issue with our support team.

  4. The issue is directly related to the service provided by Phoenix Den and not due to external factors (such as mod conflicts beyond our control, changes made by the client after service completion, or issues with third-party mods).
     

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
 

Refunds will not be issued if:

  1. The client changes their mind after the service has been completed.

  2. The client encounters issues unrelated to the services provided (e.g., hardware or software incompatibilities, external server issues).

  3. The service was purchased from any platform other than PhoenixDen.org or without direct confirmation from Phoenix Heals before payment.

  4. Refund requests are based on personal dissatisfaction unrelated to the quality or delivery of the service.

  5. The client failed to provide necessary information or access for service completion.
     

Request Process:
 

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a formal request through the Contact Us form on PhoenixDen.org.

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including supporting evidence.

  3. Allow up to 30 business days for our team to investigate and respond.

  4. Understand that Phoenix Den reserves the right to decline refunds if the claim is deemed unjustified.

Phoenix Den does not sell, distribute, or claim ownership of any intellectual property related to mods, Bohemia Interactive products, the Steam platform, or any associated content. Our services are strictly related to customization, configuration, and optimization within the guidelines provided by the game developers and platform owners. We strictly adhere to all applicable policies and terms of service.

Important: Any purchase made outside the official website (PhoenixDen.org) or without prior written confirmation from Phoenix Heals before payment will be considered unauthorized, and no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that refund requests must follow the procedures outlined above.
